These guys are awesome. Communication is great, super friendly and highly accommodating. I called them to get exhaust work done on my C8 and they worked with me in their schedule and what I needed done with no issues. Matt the owner is very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. Very fair pricing and got the work done the same day. Highly recommend for any work on your high performance car or any car for that matter. Top techs at his shop. Definitely plan on coming back for more upgrades or fixes.

Matt at Charlotte Performance absolutely knocked it out of the park with my TRX. They installed an intake, pulleys, and handled the engine and transmission tune... and the truck feels like a completely different beast now. From the very beginning, Matt was patient, professional, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about the work and making sure customers understand exactly what’s being done. The difference in performance is unreal. The shifts are smoother, the throttle response is way sharper, and the power delivery feels exactly how the truck should’ve come from the factory. It pulls hard and drives better than ever. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re thinking about getting work done, Charlotte Performance is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for more upgrades. A+++ service all around!

This spot did an amazing Job on my vehicle, very professional and true customer service all the way. My car had some bad issues with the muffler after hitting a pot whole and they installed a brand-new performance muffler that works perfect! I will most definitely be back to see them again for more work. The team is amazing and professional! speak to Matt!

Took my car there for suspension upgrade, picked car up October 10th made it 40 miles passenger front wheel and rotor came off the car ,the car and I went off the interstate. They brought my car back to the shop found tech did not install hotter pins in any of the suspension caused wheel to come off .they told me they would fix car it was at there shop for 2 months I picked car up after 2 months no brakes,hood damage,fender damage. They will not take my calls or texts .I would avoid this place.it cost me 1700 in labor and it will cost me 1000s of dollars to repair my car

Had my first experience with the crew over at Charlotte Performance. Great experience from start to finish. They were able to work me in on one of the busiest shop days at any repair/performance center. Matt was awesome and very communicative. They even finished my car early. The images and emailed break down were great and informative. If you have not given these guys a chance you need to make your way out and give them a try. Edit: I had to come back to update my review because wow! I have had a few alignments of my car over the last couple of years but no one and I mean no one has done one this good before on my Audi. I specifically wanted to make sure I had a good alignment before doing a preference drive with a motor club and opted for the street alignment vs Track option. My car performed amazingly and even with the lower tier tires I was running the alignment was great for occasion. I will most definitely be back for not only another alignment when needed but also for some performance and routine maintenance.
